Influence for Sale

Deja vu?

After a regime change documents are found implicating George Galloway in selling influence to a not entirely friendly foreign power. Sounds Familiar? But I'm talking about Pakistan, not Iraq.

Galloway has been formally warned several times by the parlimentary standards committee for his close financial associations with the causes which he represents. The inclusion of Galloway on Al-Mada's list of politicians on the make actaully made it more credible.

After all, past experience with Galloway has show that if there is a cookie jar, Galloway will have his hand in it. Read more about Galloways "politician-for-sale" antics in Pakistan.

George Galloway - Influence for Sale Not just an apologist but a mouthpiece to the Iraqi regime

On 6 March, 2002 Ben Bradshaw wound up a commons debate on Iraq by telling Mr Galloway: "Some good points that you made on the Middle East peace process would I believe carry more credibility if you hadn't made a career of being not just an apologist but a mouthpiece to the Iraqi regime over many years."

Seldom had truer a word been spoken from the despatch box. Read more about Galloways campaining on behalf of Saddam.
